*RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY*

MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA

  • 2 weeks (14 days) from time of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be in original, working condition.
  • For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, we do not accept returns of: atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, bottled liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick, wire, mechanical mods, rebuildable devices and parts for rebuildables and/or atomizers unless item is unused and sealed in box or package.
  • All products we sell are sold “AS-IS”, with no warranties unless issued by the manufacturer.
  • Item(s) may be returned if the customer received a product that was DOA (Dead on Arrival). Customers must notify The Vapor Store within 24 hours of receiving their defective product to be eligible for a return. 

All online purchases need to be mailed back for warranty inspection.

All items that are deemed defective will be replaced with same item or a full refund as per customer request.

Please allow 5 business days for refund.

Because of the nature of E-juice all E-juices are non-refundable 

 

Please be advised The Vapor Store has no intentions of using your personal information for anything other than shipping , friendly reminders and coupons. If you do not wish to be on our mailing list just simply list that in the comment box on your order and we will take you off our mailing list.
